Our mission is to actively engage residents and business establishments in efforts to maintain and enhance the quality of life in the Sutton Area Community
.What we do:
- Address environmental, safety, traffic, transportation, and zoning issues
- Enhance the aesthetic quality of our streets and parks
- Encourage participation of all Sutton area residents, merchants, and practicing professionals in community activities
- Act as liaison with the police and fire departments
- Interact with government agencies and political representatives to promote the interest of the community
- Award grants to worthwhile SAC community programs, projects, and services
- Sponsor neighborhood events
- You involved in your community
- Our valuable work possible.

.Each membership is tailored to your and/or your familie's lifestyle. The membership fee is nominal but goes a long way in helping enhance this already beautiful community. Memberships are good for one (1) year from date of payment, and you will receive a membership card that unlocks discounts through our footprint and beyond.

- Featured listings on SAC'S 1st avenue bulletin board (postcard/ poster due to the subject of the event etc);
- Emails or promotion on myneighborhood.com.

In these dark and troubled times, it is good to know that your friends and neighbors at Sutton Area Community (SAC) are here to help.
We in return need your help in keeping this a well run organization. Accordingly, we ask that you renew your membership and if possible make a donation so that SAC can continue to help your friends and neighbors in the Sutton Place area.
Sutton Area Community (SAC) is always thinking of new ways of helping to improve our neighborhood. Recently, via a handsome donation from a SAC member, we have been able to take on a volunteer who once a week cleans out the tree pits on the First Avenue. As these photographs clearly show, there is a lot to do. Just another example of how SAC is working for you. Please join us and help keep our streets clean. Remember our neighborhood is your neighborhood!
